Project Details

Built as an upgrade to East Calgary Landfill’s staff facilities, this 32-unit modular complex was equipped with fully functioning HVAC, natural gas, sanitary, potable water, and electrical systems. The building was also enhanced with a new wash bay for garbage trucks.

CAP’s Role

CAP landed the trailers and completed utility interconnects for this project. Our management team oversaw our carpenters, plumbers, and subcontractors as they constructed the building. We procured all material for the utility interconnects and natural gas line.

To ensure consistent communication between our subcontractors and the client, we provided daily progress reports and attended weekly construction meetings. Through thorough planning and proactive measures, CAP overcame multiple obstacles during construction. We resolved issues with unfinished unit interiors, IFC drawing changes, and missing materials.
